Croatian kuna is the official currency of Croatia. It is subdivided into 100 lipa. The international currency code of the Croatian kuna is HRK.

The first Croatian kuna was introduced in 1941. 

The present – second kuna – has been in circulation since 1994.

Coins have nominal values of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 lipa, and of 1,2 and 5 kuna.

Banknotes are in denominations of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 kuna.
